Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from the 4th of january until the 6th of april.
We share our passion for cooking through the innovative dishes that can be found on the menu. Our style is about recipes with local ingredients and influences from Swedish and Latin American cooking techniques.
We always change the menu from one season to the next, and we use as much customized and local products as possible.
Monday – Friday, 12 – 16 pm.

À la carte must be booked at least one day in advance.
Nayar was early interested in cooking and has studied to become a chef at Instituto Gastronómico Franco Méxicano in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Karolina has worked as a waitress and head waiter in both Norway and Mexico among other countries.
Jan started brewing in the early 1990s, and has since refined the brewery’s various recipes for beer and wine.
